Forrest Personnel is a specialist employment agency, delivering both Disability Employment Services (DES) and National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS/My Way. Our business is helping job seekers with disabilities, health conditions or injuries to find sustainable work. We understand that looking for work can be challenging and it is our job to help you find a job. We are here to support you and to work together in partnership with you to achieve your job goals. We know that working is not only about financial benefits, but also about making new friends, learning new skills and giving you an overall sense of purpose.


Through the NDIS/My Way service we will deliver life-long, individualised support to people living with disability in South  West of Western Australia.  The program has been designed to ensure you have genuine choice and control when it comes to deciding the services and supports you receive.  Our support is always encouraging, promotes your potential and includes collaboration with all parties to ensure that we are working in partnership with you to help you achieve your employment goals.

Mental Health Conditions

We also provide support services for people with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia to name just a few. If you are looking for work, then our Disability Employment Services (DES) or Individual Personal Support (IPS) program may be for you. Or if you just need support to get your life back on track, then maybe our Partners in Recovery Program (PIR) is what you need.

We have 18 offices throughout Western Australia, from Geraldton in the north, through to Armadale, Cockburn, Rockingham, Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton, Albany, Esperance and Kalgoorlie to name just a few.

Michele Gets a Lift Up

The installation of a chair lift at a Call Centre in Manjimup has improved the working life of employee Michele Steele. Michele and the Centre’s Senior Manager Maria Vellios approached Forrest Personnel in Manjimup about assistance with workplace modifications. Mrs Vellios said the steps at the workplace were a challenge and were jeopardising Michele's job as it was difficult for Michele to climb the stairs safely. Through the Job in Jeopardy program, Forrest Personnel organised the installation of a chair lift, as well as hand rails in the bathroom and an ergonomic chair and footrest.
