Support Worker, Bunbury
Part Time (six-month contract)
(22 hours per week, must be flexible with days)

As the Support Worker, you will be tasked with transporting participants to their worksite on time and ready to commence their shift. You will also be required to provide onsite training, support and monitoring of participants to ensure they are able to perform their duties to the requirements of the role and safe practices are maintained. You will liaise with employers, obtaining feedback as provided. You will work closely with the Quality and Compliance Leader, reporting any areas of concern, or improvement and take direction as required.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to safe driving and work practices at all times.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with and ability to manage challenging situations.
- Previous experience managing a team.
Your hourly rate will be in the range of $22.50 – $23.50 dependent on experience, plus superannuation.
- Option of earning up to $15,900 of your salary tax free through our salary sacrifice concessions. This can be put towards living expenses (e.g. a mortgage).
- Salary sacrificing meal entertainment & hotel accommodation.
- Annual leave of 23 days per annum pro rata.
- Personal Leave of 12 days per annum pro rata.
