Our comprehensive induction processes extend over a three month period to ensure that all new operational staff are well equipped with the skills and appropriate toolkit to help them deliver on results.
In addition to our internal training programmes, we also participate in ongoing external training and attendance at Conferences to ensure our staff are kept up to date with contemporary practices. This ensures that we maximise quality and outcomes for all stakeholders. At Forrest Personnel we believe that no ability is wasted and that learning is a life long journey.
Our dedicated Training Coordinator, Tracy Adams, specialises in designing, developing and facilitating specific training to enhance the service delivery skills and capabilities of staff and Managers. This ensures the best possible service to our clients, employers, stakeholders, and funding bodies.
As an accredited, practised and engaging Trainer and Facilitator, Forrest Personnel were pleased to bring Tracy to their team in October 2016. Tracy likes to make a positive difference to your day, her sensitivity to people’s needs and her genuine desire to help them in real ways has been suited to her previous Training, Marketing and Leadership roles with in the Human Services Sector.
Tracy believes there is no right or wrong style, rather the way we do things may not be like the others, this does not make us better or worse – just different.
