Iain Massey joined the board of Forrest Personnel in 2015. He is an experienced and qualified company director, board advisor and management consultant. He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AFAIM). He holds graduate qualifications in business management (Grad Dip Mgmt, UWA) and computer science (Grad Dip Comp, Curtin). He is a member of the AICD South West Regional Committee. He is a resident of the South West (Balingup) and assists clients in the region, in Perth, and elsewhere in WA. He brings to the Forrest Personnel board special expertise in governance, strategy, board processes, and technology enablers.

Karl Depiazzi - Deputy Chairman
Karl Depiazzi was appointed to the Board of Forrest Personnel in January 2016. Karl holds a Double Major in Accounting and Public Practice from Edith Cowan University Western Australia and is a Certified Practicing Accountant in Australia. Karl has more than 17 years of executive management experience, both in the not for profit and large corporate environments. He is an experienced company director and consultant to a range of businesses within the oil and gas, technology, resources, infrastructural and engineering industries using his extensive experience in finance, risk, human resources and strategic analysis. He has deep business, finance, risk and governance experience gained in Australia and overseas, working with top tier service and industrial clients.
Jenny Green - Director
Jenny is presently completing a four year term as an elected councillor with the City of Busselton, and is also an active board member for Senior Citizens, Busselton. Jenny has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology), a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Counselling) and has been a Registered Psychologist since 1989. Jenny has extensive experience working in the areas of Vocational Rehabilitation and Return to Work Injury Management in both government and private sectors, and has also provided critical incident counselling and employee assistance counselling to various companies in South West.
Marion Behiels - Director
Marion has a Diploma of Teaching, a Bachelor of Education and is a qualified Workplace Trainer & Assessor. Marion is a passionate educator of 30+ years and currently works as the Careers and VET Coordinator at MacKillop Catholic College in Busselton. Marion has had a variety of teaching roles including Special Needs, Vocational & Careers, Pastoral Care, TESL, and class teacher at secondary level. As part of her career journey, Marion has also taught Business, English, Literacy, General Education, LEAP and Street Kids programs at TAFE. This experience has equipped Marion with a range of skills across broad sectors of the community. As an active member of the Busselton community since 1991, Marion has involved herself in P & F’s, school boards, sporting associations along with a coordinator role in the Busselton Ironman and Rotary partner’s duties. Marion is keen to add value and meaningful employment opportunities for all and is excited at the opportunity to contribute and be a part of Forrest Personnel.
David Timmel - Director
David is a senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Services, Agribusiness, Recruitment and Property Management sectors. David is highly experienced in successfully running multi – site operating business for ASX and unlisted public companies throughout Australia. This experience has been gained whilst working at BankWest, Landmark, SKILLED Group Ltd and the first CEO of the privatized Perth Markets Limited. David is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University and holds post and undergraduate degrees from Curtin University.
Geoff Klem - Director
Geoff joined the Board of Forrest Personnel in December 2016. He has a professional background in strategic and statutory planning, policy development and project management. He is a Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia and hold degrees in Urban and Regional Studies, Town Planning and a Diploma in Project Management. He was a former Commissioner of the State Planning Commission and Member of the Disability Services Commission Board. In addition to senior management positions in State and Local Government agencies, Geoff has held the positions of Principal Advisor to the Deputy Premier and Policy Director in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
Lyn Harding - Director
Lyn joined Forrest Personnel in March 2017. Her skillset is an ideal fit as a FPCA and FAICD with experience in corporations such as ASX-listed Ramsay Health Care and HBF another WA iconic Not-for-profit. Now she runs her own coaching and consulting business in the SME space. Lyn lives in Perth and frequently travels to the South West, which she aims to make home one day! A strong fiscal focus and capacity for developing strategic visions & managing risk might be what Lyn is known for, yet her real passion is culture & people – for collective uplift in performance.
