Tracey joined Forrest Personnel in 2003 and has an extensive background in nursing. At the age of 29 years, Tracey was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosai which is an inherited disease causing retinal degeneration of the eye. This has resulted in the gradual decline in her vision and Tracey is now legally blind. As she could no longer practice as a registered nurse, Tracey completed a course at TAFE in business and obtained a position at Forrest Personnel, working in administration and has now progressed to the role of Area Manager for Bunbury, Albany, Bridgetown, Busselton, Margaret River, Collie and Manjimup offices. With the installation of workplace modifications, Tracey is able to proficiently and effectively fulfil her role.

Previous roles and experience in finance, aged care, community development, education and human resources, combined to refine Elaine’s interest in the contribution that personal and professional development has on achieving life goals and positive outcomes. As the Area Manager for Forrest Personnel at Rockingham, Kwinana, Success, West Leederville, Mandurah, Pinjarra and Armadale, Elaine has a passion for developing quality teams who are trained and inspired to change lives by achieving long-term sustainable employment goals for our participants.

Gerry has been helping job seekers to gain employment over the past 14 years, commencing as an Employment Consultant with Peel Personnel. Prior to this, Gerry was the owner operator of a family business in Mandurah. Gerry has seen a lot of changes to the Disability Employment industry throughout her career, but the one thing that remains constant is her dedicated focus on the job seeker and supporting them to reach successful outcomes. Gerry is looking forward to the future challenges in a rapidly changing industry. Gerry manages our offices in Esperance, Kalgoorlie and Geraldton.
Paula Nankiville - Client Information Manager
Paula joined Forrest Personnel in 2013 and has an extensive background in community service management and disabilities. She has worked in the Disability Sector since 2002, predominantly in the field of family services. She has held positions such as; Special Needs Teacher’s Aide delivering Allied Health programs in a remote school, to Manager of a Family Support Agency delivering a range of programs including; Accommodation Support, Intensive Family Support, Post School Options, Alternate to Employment, Community Living and several recreational programs for both children and adults with a disability. In her role of Client Information Manager she is responsible for the development and integration of information systems and processes, Quality Assurance and Compliance and management of the organisations marketing.
Maja Prvulovic - HR & WHS Manager
Maja holds a Bachelor of Business – double major in Human Resources and Accounting, a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. After working in various industries including mining, manufacturing, government, not for profit, commercial real estate and indigenous services, she brings experience and commitment in Human Resources and Workplace Health and Safety to Forrest Personnel. Maja has a passion for people and to providing support with a focus on organisational development, leadership, retention, safety, quality and compliance.
